How to pay your 2020-21 Real Estate and Per Capita bill:
Keystone's e-Pay is the easy, fast, and secure way to pay your tax online. With a few clicks of your mouse, you can pay your tax in minutes, on time and with confidence. Visit www.KeystoneCollects.com/Pay You can pay through a no-charge electronic transfer from your bank account. You can also pay by credit card. A 2.5% bank processing fee applies to credit card payments.
You can mail your payment to the Processing Division at Keystone using the appropriate P.O. Box. Mail your check or money order (cash is not accepted by mail) to:

To request a receipt online, visit www.KeystoneCollects.com/Pay You will need your original invoice number. For a receipt by mail, include a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
Beginning Monday, July 6, 2020 You can pay your bill in person with cash, check, or money order at Keystone's Tax Office located at 3606 Route 378, Suite A, Bethlehem (within the Black River Plaza). Hours are Mon-Thurs 8 AM - 4 PM, closed 12-12:30 PM for lunch. (Hours subject to change due to COVID-19. Please call 1-866-539-1100 or check website for current hours.)
Due to PA Department of Health and CDC directives, only one person will be permitted entry into the office at a time to maintain required social distancing. Visitors will be required to bring and wear a mask. Tax payments will be accepted, but no other business will be conducted in person in the office, as a courtesy to others who visit the office to make tax payment. Please have your bill handy for payment; paid bills will be stamped PAID as your receipt.
Tax bills will continue to be mailed directly to taxpayers. If a mortgage company or bank pays your Real Estate tax bill from an escrow account, you must forward your tax bill to them so your mortgage company or bank can pay your bill on time. You may go to Keystone's website and select the Contact Us link to ask a question online. An associate will respond by email within approximately 24 hours. Or call Keystone's Taxpayer Services Department toll free at 1-866-539-1100 Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
