    The new “Right-to-Know” or “Open Records” Law was effective on January 1, 2009.

     

    There are three ways to request records from the District:

     

         *Download the attached Request for Information form and submit it via U.S. Postal Service

         *Download the attached Request for Information form and hand deliver it

         *Fill out the attached Request for Information form and submit it electronically (online)
