    At the regular meeting of the Board of Education, the Board approved the following: 

    • Employee #3480, an unpaid FMLA childrearing leave of absence, beginning March 9, 2021, through March 16, 2021, as per Federal Government regulations, and an unpaid childrearing leave of absence beginning March 17, 2021, through June 30, 2021.
    • Revised Master District Volunteer List for the 2020-21 school year.
    • Additions and deletions to the Substitute Listing for the 2020-2021 school year.
    • Revised Mentor/Inductee List for the 2020-2021 School Year including the mentors and stipend payment for the 2020-2021 school year.
    • Revised listing for Extra-Curricular and Supplemental Positions for the 2020-2021 school year.
    • Revised listing of 2020-2021 Spring Season Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches with their designated payments, effective July 1, 2020, through June 30, 2021.
    • Michael Missmer as Assistant to the Athletic Director, effective for the winter and spring sports seasons of the 2020-2021 school year. His stipend for the winter and spring sports seasons will be $2,060.00 each.
    • Morgan Bear, Short Term Substitute Kindergarten Teacher at the Franklin building, effective March 1, 2021, through the remainder of the 2020-2021 school year. Her salary will be $125.00 per diem, as per the Substitute Professional pay schedule.
    • Kaleigh Bobeck, Short Term Substitute Kindergarten Teacher at the Franklin building, effective March 3, 2021, through the remainder of the 2020-2021 school year, pending receipt of proper documentation. Her salary will be $125.00 per diem, as per the Substitute Professional pay schedule.
    • Ashley Gulla, Short Term Substitute Grade 1 Teacher at Siegfried Elementary School, effective March 17, 2021, through the remainder of the 2020-2021 school year. Her salary will be $125.00 per diem, as per the Substitute Professional pay schedule.
    • The following policies for adoption: 1 – Trauma-Informed Approach; 309.1 – Telework; 332 – Working Periods; 409.1 – Telework; 432 – Working Periods; 509.1 – Telework; 532 – Working Periods; 832 – Educational Equity.  The following policies for revision:  314 – Physical Examination; 318 – Rename to Attendance and Tardiness; 414 – Physical Examination; 418 – Rename to Attendance and Tardiness; 514 – Physical Examination; 518 – Rename to Attendance and Tardiness; 606 – Tax Collection; 606.1 – Elected Tax Collectors; 607 – Tax Exoneration for Tax Collectors; 843 – Transporting Persons in Custody to Medical Facilities.
    • Carbon Lehigh Intermediate Unit Student Driver Education Program Agreement.
    • Bills for Payment.
    • 2021-2022 BAVTS Budget in the amount of $13,171,494 with the District’s portion being $2,387,773 needed to fund the Budget.
    • 2021-2022 CIU20 General Operating Budget in the amount of $3,750,550 with the District’s portion being $43,581.15 needed to fund the Budget.
