      • At the regular meeting of the Board of Education, the Board approved the following:

        • Under the authority of Board Policy 003, approve for Board meeting March 23, 2020, a temporary suspension of a portion of Board Policy 006.1, which provides in relevant part as follows: "A majority of Board members shall be physically present at a Board meeting when a Board member attends through electronic communications". The suspension is appropriately invoked due to the extraordinary circumstances of the coronavirus which has been declared to be a pandemic.
        • Revised Mentor/Inductee List for the 2019-2020 School Year including the mentors and stipend payment for the 2019-2020 school year.
        • Employee #1085, an unpaid FMLA leave of absence beginning March 9, 2020, through March 16, 2020 and March 30, 2020 through on or about April 9, 2020, with insurance, as per Federal Government regulations.
        • Additions and deletions to the Substitute Listing for the 2019-2020 school year.
        • Revised Master District Volunteer List for the 2019-20 school year.
        • Julie Poniktera, Short Term Substitute Autistic Support Teacher at the Middle School, effective retroactive to February 11, 2020, for the remainder of the 2019-2020 school year.  Her salary will be $150.00 per day.
        • The Administration recommends that the School Board adopt the attached Resolution for the purpose of updating all prior School Board actions or Resolutions adopted   for the assessment, levy and collection of the Per Capita Tax in the amount of five dollars ($5.00) per annum under the authority of the Local Tax Enabling Act, 53 P.S. §6924.101 – 6924.901 effective for fiscal year July 1, 2020, to June 30, 2021, and each fiscal year thereafter.   The Administration recommends that the School Board adopt the attached Resolution for the purpose of updating all prior School Board actions or Resolutions adopted for the assessment, levy and collection of Per Capita Tax in the amount of five dollars ($5.00) per annum under the authority of the School Code, 24 P.S. 24 P.S. 1-101 et seq. effective for fiscal year July 1, 2020, to June 30, 2021, and each fiscal year thereafter.
        • Renewal agreement with Aramark Educational Services, LLC to provide food service management for the 2020-21 school year.
        • Tax Exonerations/Changes.
        • Treasurer’s Report.
        • Bills for Payment.
