In December, tornadoes struck several areas in Kentucky & caused horrible devastation. Many families lost everything, & several communities were destroyed. Moore is holding a donation drive from Jan 3-Jan 28 to help.

Based on Mrs. Cramer’s current status, Moore Holiday Spirit Week was a huge success - and tiresome!! Good thing she has a couple days of rest over the break to get re-energized for the second half of the year! Happy Holidays everyone (and thanks Mrs. Yorke for the photo)!

An amazing show put on by our Chorus tonight! For all of these kiddos, this was their FIRST ever chorus concert - and you would never have known!! Hard work and determination + outstanding students = one fantastic concert!! Great job Mountain Lions!

Just a reminder that the Toys for Tots toy drive will end this week - so if you’re interested in supporting our toy drive, please get your new-unwrapped gifts in this week.

The Moore PTA Book Fair will be extended into next week with limited hours. The Book Fair will be open as follows:
- For Parents who have conferences on Monday, November 22nd, the Book Fair will be open from 12:00-6:00pm
- For Parents who have conferences on Tuesday, November 23rd, the Book Fair will be open from 11:00am-3:00pm.
We are asking parents to only attend the Book Fair on your assigned conference day. We understand that this may create conflicts with respect to times that the Fair is open in comparison to your conference time. We thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation. Moore Elementary School will be participating in the "Toys for Tots" program this year - our 36th year partnering with the US Marine Corps to provide toys for children in need this Holiday season. We will hold our collection of new/unwrapped toys in our Main Lobby from 11-16 through 12-10.
